Eryn Grucza Viscarra received a B.A in Psychology and a M.S. in Sociology from Auburn University. Her main research concentration is on contraceptive use and choice. Her current research focuses on how individual gender ideology affects contraceptive use in couples. She is also currently working on a number of research projects with faculty that focus on how family influences timing of first sex as well as contraceptive use at first sex. In addition to her research, Eryn teaches Introduction to Sociology.
When Eryn is not busy researching or teaching, she enjoys cooking, crafting, exercising, meditation, spending time with family and friends, consuming mass quantities of popular culture, and watching Auburn football games.
